The Margo is a hard-working pinafore dress that features classic detailing and topstitching. Choose to make it with dungaree clips or sewn-in straps.

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.

Skill level: intermediate.

Suitable fabrics include medium-weight woven cloth, 8-12oz denim, cotton canvas, cotton drill, corduroy and yarn-dyed medium-weight linen.

Note that this printed pattern comes from Merchant and Mills’ new pattern printer. Their patterns are now printed within Europe, the pattern paper is 70gsm white (FSC® certified) and is made only 180km away from the printers. Their instructions now come in booklet format rather than A3 sheets. The paper is PEFC/01-31-126 certified.
