The sets come in specially designed birchwood boxes with sliding lid. These make perfect gift sets and the handmade boxes can provide permanent safe storage. Or you can get a beautiful on-bench storage solution with the plywood knife block.

The knife has a stainless steel blade that has been hot drop forged then ice-hardened to -80C to create a martensitic steel that is hard and durable. It's carbon saturated, so will take a sharp edge and retain it. The beautifully curved bolster helps easy cleaning and for extra strength the tang is sandwiched between the sinuously-shaped, sustainably harvested, dense Indian rosewood handle. They're riveted together for an enduring bond.
