How it's made. Highest quality vitreous enamel on sand-cast iron – resistant to scratching and thermal shock. Designed for commercial or home cooking.
Elegantly simple design. Matt black inside and out – with use this finish will ‘burn in’ and take on a lovely patina. Looks great on the stove and as a serving dish on your table. Ergonomic handles for easy handling.
Versatile. Suitable for oven and all hobs, including induction. Perfect for baking, stewing, sautéing, caramelising, braising. All items are 23cm diameter – so one lid fits them all.
Peace of mind. Environmentally responsible - no cadmium, lead, PTFE or PFO chemicals. 100% recyclable: the enamel is made from all-natural materials – steel, quartz, clay, potash, soda ash, feldspar. The base iron utilises 30% recycled scrap iron.
